3d cad waxes milled by Gemvision Revo Machine

Gemvision's Revo Wax Milling Machine for Rapid Prototyping in 3D

When your wax is finished, you can either collect if from our premises in London’s Hatton Garden or you can have it sent to you. We are happy to send our waxes worldwide.

The Revo Machine is produced by Gemvision. It uses two high precision drills to drill our the wax from the stl computer file. It uses the same wax as is used for wax-carving by hand. The advantage of this is that it can be filed down, soldered and cleaned up. Also, casting firms prefer the Revo wax over the brittle wax used by the Solidscape or Envisiontec wax resin printing machines which tends to break easily and is difficult to cast.

Revo Machine Description

We can produce your wax for you using our Revo Milling Machine. Please email us your stl or 3dm file to sales@galacreations.com and we will email you back with a quote. We accept files even if they have naked edges and are not booleaned together. Once given the go-ahead, we aim to mill your wax within 3-5 days.
