We offer our clients the highest level of customer service. At any time during normal working hours you can be in touch with us by phone, fax, post or email. Because your products are not coming off an automated Far East production line, but are being lovingly created by specialist craftsmen, delivery may take up to 6 weeks, although in some instances can be quicker if requested. Whilst we take the upmost care to deliver goods in a pristine condition, if there should be any problem at all, we will repair or replace the goods free of charge if you return the faulty original item to us within 7 days of receiving it. Also, consumers may return unused goods for refund or exchange, within 7 days of receiving them. In this instance, where there is nothing wrong with the product, the consumer must bear the cost of returning the item.
